New Years Eve Dec 31 2011

Well, it's been another year. Things are turning out better than expected in so many ways! We've been fortunate to play some really great events. The incredible part is that after playing only a small number of shows, relatively, we've played huge festivals such as Kunming's, 500km Music Festival, and tonight's New Years Eve line-up! The Polymath lineup tonight includes the infamous, Egg Head, a Chinese local who plays the scene here as hard as I do; as well as Isaac Rosher and Wesley Rodgers on Keys and Drums. If you're in Kunming, we're excited to hangout with you all for New Years Eve to end off 2011!

I made it to China. I guess now it's time to figure out what I'm doing here! I don't exactly have it all planned out. Right now, I'm on a plane, flying to Kunming. I've spent the past three nights in Shanghai. I really enjoy being in Shanghai. It took me the first two days to find my way around in the part of the city I was staying in, but the transit system in Shanghai is incredible. I managed to visit a few of my favourite spots again and began to settle on the fact that I'm going to be here for a while.
